Charming cottage in the Montecito Hedgerow district, convenient to both the upper and the lower villages and just a short walk to Miramar Beach. 1912 cottage with garden, ten minute walk from Miramar Beach. Fully furnished, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an L-shaped living room/kitchen area. Amenities include bed linens, towels and beach towels, patio table and chairs, grill, a telephone (unlimited local calls and charge-card long-distance), basic cable television, high speed Internet access with WiFi, and a washer/dryer.
The cottage has off-street parking for one car, and is privately located with its own fenced patio and gate.
