1 House to the Beach
This is a fantastic property that you will enjoy on your vacation. It has all the views of the ocean, amenities, spacious rooms, lovely decks and decor located just 1 house away from the 26th Ave Beach. This house sleeps up to 18 in 4 bedrooms and has 3-1/2 baths (3 baths and an outdoor shower). 1st bedroom has 1 King bed. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 Twin beds. There is also a Queen Sofa sleeper and a Twin sofa sleeper in the Living Room. The dining area seats a lot of dinner guests. Next to the Dining Room is a Queen futon.
The outside deck has a spectacular view of the 26th Avenue large beach and wonderful ocean and beach! One house over; is the staircase to the beach! To the right of that beach is a smaller beach known as Moran Beach and there is a lagoon; across the street and a parking lot with bathrooms. Central location to other areas; such as the harbor with restaurants or to the South Capitola for lots of shopping and a beach village atmosphere; with wine tasting, ice cream shops, jewelry etc...
Monterey is about 45 minutes and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk about a 5 minute drive. BBQ on the large deck or lounge in the sunshine and see and enjoy the ocean. You will find this to be a very relaxing home.
