This spacious 2-story home features oak hardwood floors, radiant heating, vaulted ceiling in Living Room , Kitchen and Gas Fireplace in LR. 5 sleeping rooms w/4 beds and 2 sofa beds: (MBR/queen, downstairs BR/king, 2nd downstairs BR/2 twins, LR/queen sofa bed, FR/queen sofa bed.
All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh for you. More linen in the closet if needed. Fun Hot Tub on upper deck with glass & wind screens, 2nd deck upstairs overlooking street toward beach, patio downstairs off FR. Enclosed yard, tall hedges, large parking area that can hold a small RV or trailer (3 cars can park on property, more on street). Also has an outdoor shower. Great neighborhood for walks, (harbor, lighthouse, Crow's Nest Restaurant close by) less than 3 short blocks to wonderful, large sandy beach with fire rings for bonfires & marshmallow roasting, allows dogs on leash. Free firewood for taking to beach, Well equipped home including linens/towels; 3 TVs, radio/CD player, gas BBQ, games, children's books, poker chips/cards, beach chairs/umbrella, mats, toys, 5 bikes/3 helmets. Upscale appliances Miele' washer/dryer/dishwasher, Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range.
