WHARF VIEW PLACE: Enjoy the twinkling lights of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf, and marvel at the ocean with it's great view. This spacious 3-bedroom 2bath home has all the ammenites for a fun and relaxing vacation and a sleeping ocean view porch!

There is a large backyard with a bubbling hot tub, gazebo, & fruit trees. This home sleeps up to 10. The Great Room has a new leather couch. This couch is a sofa sleeper couch and also has 3-leather recliners for relaxing in front of the fireplace in front of the large flat screen TV. 

The dining area can seat up to 10 guests. 8 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter on the 2 barstools. Enjoy your meals with an ocean view. This room is open to the large LivingRoom.

The first bedroom is upstairs with a King bed with a lighted headboard and a TV

with some DVD's. The bath on this level has a shower/tub and is next to the bedroom.This master bedroom also has 2 relaxing swivel chairs and it's own deck and a 2 person private table with the ocean view; as well.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large pantry and an ocean view. This top level of the home is where the spacious Living Room and Dining room are.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms. 1 with a Queen bed and glass sliding door that goes out to the backyard with the hot tub. And the other bedroom has 1 Double bed and 2 Twin beds. This 3rd bedroom has a TV and DVD player for the children to watch movies and 1 swivel chair.

For a 4th bedroom (which is upstairs; right off of the Living Room) there is 1 Twin bed in the sleeping porch with lots of windows and with the ocean view and a 2 person table and 2 chairs. This room has a small deck at the far end of it. This room is a great place for the children to color and read and play games; while the adults are in the very next room enjoying the TV and socializing in the spacious Living Room. 

Fresh linens and towels are provided at this home. There are also beach towels, a cooler, kids toys, 2 bicycles and plenty of outdoor seating with the large gas BBQ. 

The backyard play ground has a grassy yard with a few fruit trees. This is a fully-enclosed yard for both pets & kids to play in. The Wonderful New hot tub is located at the far end of the yard and is private and quiet and is surrounded on one side by a fence of pleasant smelling and beautifully blooming passion flowers; all in a private yard. There is a large picnic table that can seat 4 people and a 4 person outdoor table and umbrella; all under the large tree in the backyard. There is also a seperate 2 person table further back in the backyard under the fruit tree. 

Just 1/4 block from this home you can walk and bicycle all along West Cliff Drive right alongside the coast and ocean and see for miles. 

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf is a 6 block walk away. Right to the restaurants and sand and enjoy listening and seeing all the seals! 2 blocks in the other direction; from the home you can also walk to the lighthouse pet friendly beach! 

This is a great home to enjoy a wonderful family BBQ, listen to the seals and enjoy the breezes of the area. 

The garage has parking for 2 cars and 2 more right outside the garage. There is also some street parking too. It is an easy 4-door stroll to the ocean path that goes from the Boardwalk all the way to Natural Bridges. (This path goes on for 3 miles!) The home is 6-blocks to the Wharf and only 1 or 2-blocks to Steamers Lane, Its Beach, the Surfers Museum and the Lighthouse Field-for dogs on a leash. 

Enjoy casual to fine dining above the ocean on the Santa Cruz Wharf and then enjoy ocean viewing and lots of shopping! or ride the rides and try the salt water taffy on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Lots of fun for all ages! Don't forget to see the seals at the end of the wharf. People also fish off of this wharf. 

Bring your bicycles for a fantastic ride all along West Cliff Drive down to Natural Bridges State Park. Downtown Santa Cruz is not far away for restaurants and shopping as well.

There is plenty of room to store surf boards for guests who love to go surfing just a few blocks away; at Steamers Lane!
