Wood construction with a sod roof, exposed aggregate floors surrounding a protected courtyard. The fireplace is huge with an inside barbecue at the back. Unusual stone shower in the master bath. 2 pets are allowed. NO CATS.
Shell Beach and the children's playground are only about a block away.
