The splendor of NINETEEN SEVENTY is apparent from the moment you walk through the front doors. The 40' high ceilings with a full wall of glass windows provide a beautiful view of the surrounding lakeside panorama with glorious sunrises and unforgettable sunsets. With 12,000 square feet, the house is spacious enough so everyone can enjoy a wonderful family vacation.
The theater room is equipped with theater seating and a large screen for maximum viewing pleasure. The fitness room is equipped with professional gym equipment so you won?t need to skip a workout. There is a formal living room with a beautiful stone fireplace as well as a more casual family room with a plush sectional sofa and an additional fireplace.
The family room is a great room with an open floor plan to the kitchen and wet bar.
The billiard room is adjacent to this area. In addition to the seven bedrooms in the main home there is a two bedroom, two bath fully equipped cottage. The separation can come in handy.
The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying all Tahoe has to offer. The backyard has a wonderful playground structure for the children in the group and the yard is fenced with a private gate so one can feel more comfortable with their kids safety.
The Lake side of the home has a level lawn stretching out from the patio and a lovely lakeside deck area surrounded by padded benches. Next to the deck area is a nice little sandbox overlooking the water. In this area, please keep a watchful eye on the young ones. The dock is in a deep water zone allowing easy access for boating and a buoy is available for your use.
