For mountain lodging, it doesn't get more luxurious than the Chateau Royal! This magnificent, custom 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath duplex home, is the crown jewel of Yosemite West. With estate style curb appeal, you will be proud to entertain your guests here at the Chateau. This home also has wonderful views from the living room and the wrap around deck with gazebo. Built on the side of a mountain, this unique three-level home has it all.

Starting on the third level you will find a reading area and two bedrooms, one bedroom being the master suite with a master bath. When guests are visiting us on their honeymoon, this is where we suggest they stay!

The master bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, TV/VCR, large airy windows with high open beam ceiling, and a private outdoor balcony. The master bath has an oversized Jacuzzi spa with an attached shower by its side, wall to wall marble floors, with 14k gold fixtures, and a TV/VCR you can watch while you soak and relax. The other bedroom is cozy and secluded, and also has a queen bed. On the main floor, you will find the living room, dining area with a 1/2 bath, and a gourmet kitchen that has marble floors and tiled counter tops.

The living room has a high open beam ceiling with recess lighting that opens out to the main deck. The lower floor has one bedroom, with a queen bed, one full bath and a wet bar with a TV. And for endless hours of play for the children, there is a bonus playroom with wet bar, ping-pong and foosball Soccer tables.
