Alpine Retreat
Our Breckenridge ski-in/ski-out mountain townhouse is a rare find near town and adjacent to a natural preservation area. Beautifully decorated and maintained, this condo is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and includes an accessible heated garage.
Located at 4 O'Clock Run, you can relax in the private hot tub on the deck after a vigorous day of skiing or hiking. In summer, hiking trails are available right outside your door.
There is ample room for a group in the handsome great room. Cozy around the gas fireplace with a good book or watch flat-screen television. If a gourmet mood strikes you, whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The den also has a queen size sofa bed and can be converted to another bedroom. The large master bedroom/bath has a king-size bed and television. The adjoining bath has a jacuzzi and shower.

Conditions and Rates
- 11.675% taxes are additional
- $300 deposit holds your reservation except for Holiday bookings. A deposit equal to first night's rent is required for Holidays.
- Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival; Christmas holiday rentals require full payment by October 15.
- Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed
- Rentals of three nights or less incur a housekeeping fee.
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older or accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the house for the entire stay.
- Maximum occupancy is 10 overnight guests. If the maximum is exceeded, all guests will be asked to leave and there will be no refunds.
- Parking available for two cars.
- Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival date, all monies will be returned, less a $100 processing fee. If cancellation is within 45 days of arrival, and we can re-book the cancelled reservation for the same dates and rate, your payment(s) less $100 processing fee will be refunded. Otherwise, all monies will be forfeited. We do not refund money due to conditions beyond our control, such as undesirable weather or unexpected travel deviations.
