This 3 level townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom encompassing 2,011 square feet of living space.

The main entry level has a slate tile floor in the mud room and 1 car garage access.  The bedroom suite on this level has a king bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom complete with granite countertops, double sinks, tile bath and soaking tub. The common hallway allows for access to the ground floor private patio and outdoor hot tub with river and mountain views.

The main floor great room has 9 foot ceilings and large expansive windows allowing for great views and lots of morning sun to penetrate the room. There are hardwood floors throughout to compliment the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and alder wood cabinets in the gourmet kitchen. The main living room area has a gas fireplace, DVD player and 48 flat screen HDTV. The dining table has seating for 8 with an additional 2 seating spaces at the breakfast bar connected to the kitchen. The private deck is accessed from the sliding glass doors and has deck furniture and a BBQ grill.

The main floor also has a washer/dryer accessible from the hallway.  A centrally located bathroom provides an oversized tiled shower and is shared between the 2 bedrooms and main living area. One of the bedrooms has 2 twins and the third has a Captains bunk.

The top floor master bedroom is secluded from the lower floors. This private area has a working den complete with desk, coach for reading, free wi-fi on the landing to the main bedroom area. The bedroom has large walk in closet, king bed with flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom complete with granite countertops, double sinks, 2 person soaking tub and large windows provide a mountain and river view.
