This home has 1,700 square feet of living space with four sleeping areas, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The upper level features a deck with views of the Big Thompson River, just 100 feet away, and a smaller lower level deck.   There is a gas grill on the upper level deck and lots of space to enjoy the sights and sounds of this beautiful area.  There is a one car garage on the lower level.  This home also features wireless hi speed internet service, so you can enjoy your computer access inside or outside! 

The ground floor offers a large garage and an additional large room which has 2 twin beds (a set of bunk beds) and 1 double bed, cable TV with DVD/VCR, a separate room with a washer and dryer and a bathroom which has a shower unit. 

The main floor includes the living room with sky lights and a cathedral ceiling, a double sided, gas log fireplace, a sofa and cable TV with DVD/VCR. There is also a stereo with dual cassette player, radio and CD player.  You will enjoy sitting in this comfortable living room while enjoying a cozy fire and the serene views out your living room windows.  The dining area is located next to the living room and has seating for up to eight.  The kitchen and the master bedroom and bath are also located on this level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and toaster.  There is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the dining area and has two high stools.  A basic variety of cookware is supplied and dinnerware for eight is furnished. If you have a piece of cookware that you need to use to prepare something special, it would be wise to bring it along.

The master bedroom, also located on the main level, has a king-sized bed, walk through closet to the bathroom, which features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower unit as well as a double vanity and toilet.  The double-sided gas log fireplace faces this bedroom as well as the living room. 

Upstairs there is one bathroom and two sleeping areas in a loft type setting, with skylights and cathedral ceilings.  Both sleeping areas are open to each other and to below, with balcony railings that allow views down to the living room and dining area.  Both sleeping areas have queen size beds.  The bathroom offers a single vanity, toilet and shower unit. 

The decor, furnishings, etc. are a reflection of the owner's taste and the type of vacation setting they prefer. We rent it with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's home.
