The Jhawk home is ideal for large families or groups that need of space and enjoy the comforts of home.
The 4,272 total square feet of living space, great deck area and the bonus entertainment add-ons will keep everyone happy in this 5 bedroom home.
The first floor has an open living plan encompassing the living, dining and kitchen. The room is tastefully decorated and has vaulted ceilings with passive solar windows overlooking the deck and highlight the mountain views.
In the living room, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, watch TV or a DVD movie and enjoying the gas fireplace from the large sectional couch.
The large dining table has plenty of seating for 8-persons and additional seating at the adjoining breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen is easily accessible to the dining area and has all the amenities needed for meal time. Both of these areas are next to the sliding glass doors that offer an awe-inspiring sunset view of Byers Peak and Sheep Mountain.
The main floor also has the master bedroom suite with 1 King bed and 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has a King and separate full bathroom.
A separate spacious walk-in closet is great for skis, boots and coats and has a full size washer & dryer. This room is adjacent to the 2 car garage access.
The basement has the fun and games for an evening of entertainment: play ping-pong, foosball, card table for games and a large screen TV with DVD player with plenty of comfy couches to unwind.
All remaining bedrooms are on the basement level of the home. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen; 4th bedroom has 2 twins and the 5th bedroom has Captains Bunks. The 3rd full bathroom is also on this floor.
Located a short 5 mile drive to the Ski Area, and 3 miles from downtown Winter Park, private transportation by way of personal or rented vehicles is essential as the free shuttle bus system does not service this particular road.
