Winter Park Tennis Club
The Winter Park Tennis Club is located in Fraser, only 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort.
A premier property that offers some of the best views in the area because of it's unique location on the ridge in Fraser.
The 2-bedroom condominium offers 1,350 square feet - plenty of space for families wanting a great property that includes great entertainment amenities.
The main living room is an open floor plan with a vaulted wood paneled ceilings, luxurious sofas surround the entertainment center that includes additional speakers, TV, DVD, VCR and CD.
The adjacent area has a dining room table and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. The large upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops and slate floor.
A cozy sitting area in front of the wood burning fireplace provides a great spot to relax. The large expansive windows and private deck offer a spectacular view of the ski area, Byers Peak and the rest of the valley.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite full bathroom and private balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has an open loft overlooking the living room with two twins and access to the second full bathroom.
The Winter Park Tennis Club offers private amenities for guests including underground parking, clubhouse with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and game room offering foosball, table tennis and pool. In the summer, there is of course a tennis court!
