Base Camp at Jane Creek    

Base Camp on Jane Creek is a new exclusive community of luxury ski-to, ski-from townhomes and destined to become one of the most sought after locations at the base of Winter Park.
Base Camp offers a rare combination of privacy and tranquility, yet the convenience of quick and easy access to skiing and downtown Winter Park; providing the ultimate mountain retreat.
The Base Camp 476 unit has 3,516 square feet of living space and can comfortably sleep 8-12 people. The 4 bedroom plus den and 4.5 bathrooms has a sense of spaciousness with 14 foot cathedral ceilings and expansive windows in the great room that won't compromise the warmth and comfort that this non smoking unit affords. 
A split floor main level has the great room with easy access to the adjacent dining and kitchen area. The great room amenities include a 54" flat screen DLP TV with Comcast cable, DVD and VCR, alongside a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas log insert. This room has two queen sleeper sofas, a collection of games for the kids and access to the front deck. The professional and fully stocked kitchen has gotten high praise from many guests because of its gorgeous cabinetry, slab granite counter-tops, high-end appliances including a 6-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Subzero refrigerator and a set of stainless steel cookware. 
There is plenty of seating for meals at either the grantie island breakfast bar with 4 plush bar stools or at the large 8-person dining room table which is adjacent to the breakfast bar and has a separate wet-bar.  The entire kitchen and dining area has a rough sawn pine floor. 
A unique feature is the double-sided fireplace in the kitchen/dining area; this is visable on the covered back deck outside and has a gas BBQ grill and private 6 person hot tub.
 
The upper level of the townhome has 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is a luxurious getaway with  king-sized bed, 40" LCD flat-screen TV, private balcony overlooking the Creek, huge walk-in cedar closet, window seat and double-sided fireplace shared by the bathroom. The master bathroom has a Victorian style Jacuzzi tub, double sinks with granite counter tops, tile shower with two shower heads and even a 27" flat-screen LCD TV above the fireplace! 
The second bedroom is also en-suite with queen-sized bed, 40" flat-screen LCD TV, tiles walk-in shower and single sink with granite counter top. Bedroom number three also has a queen bed, 40" flat-screen TV and large closet. There is a separate guest bathroom with ceramic tile soaker tub/shower, and single sink with granite counter top. A stack washer & dryer are also on this level. The slate entry to the townhome is on the way down to the lower level, with a small powder bathroom. 
The Den or Media room on the lower level has a comfortable mini-sectional sofa, wet bar with sink and mini-refrigerator and the "standard" 40" flat-screen LCD TV. The fourth bedroom which has two twin-sized beds, large closet and additional full bath with tile soaker tub/shower, single sink and granite counter top. 
Base Camp 476 comes with an over-sized heated, enclosed one car garage with heated driveway offering additional parking for a second vehicle. In-floor radiant heat through the unit ensures there are no cold areas and free wireless internet. 
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.
Guests have 2 options of accessing the mountain: 
The ski-to, ski-from option entails a walk of approximately 110 yards along a private undulating snow-blown path through the trees, followed by a climb of 60 steps up a brand new steel staircase. The second option would be a short walk to the designated shuttle stop.
