The Ponderosa at Timber Run is a premier property recently built in Winter Park.
Located next to the Timber Run complex, The Ponderosa unit has it's own amenities and character.
The tastefully decorated unit has a Southwestern / Mountain-theme throughout it's 1,825 square feet. It's location is very convenient, less than a mile from central downtown Winter Park and 2 miles from the ski area on the free shuttle route.
The spacious interior of this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit, has a focus on the great room occuping most of the top floor.
The slate-tiled entryway leads to a carpeted dining and living area with gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD player and a Bose sound system. The covered upper deck is accessed from the living space and comes with a gas BBQ grill.
The fully equipped kitchen is replete with hardwood floor, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a small bathroom with shower is located on this floor.
The downstairs of the unit features all three bedrooms.
The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, TV, gas fireplace, master bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower and private lower patio with outdoor hot tub.
The second bedroom has two twins with it's own TV & VCR. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
The downstairs floor plan has a shared full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Ponderosa building comes with heated underground parking for 1 vehicle per unit, with additional space for visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
A locked storage area is available for skis and entry to the unit is via an elevator and interior lobby.
