Cottage has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths. Sleeps 6-8 max. Fully furnished interior, Private dock, Washer/Dryer, Cable TVs (3), VCR/DVD, Dishwasher, all new kitchen appliances.
This property is located one mile from the State Line beach and North Ocean City (even closer by boat). Between the canal and the bay in the friendly community of Cape Windsor. The community has a boat ramp, swimming pool and a small beach on the bay just down the street. amp;nbsp;
Enjoy beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay and the many birds that the Atlantic Flyway brings to the area. Take a boat out fishing or fish and crab right off the dock. Please call to book a great vacation on the water!
