Beacher's Lodge - King 1st Floor
The king suite is the largest unit on the ocean front with about 150 square feet more living space than the queen suite. The king suite on the first floor has a limited horizon view of the ocean with natural sand dunes rising up. In some units you may see mostly sand dunes. Some guests prefer the 1st floor because you can usually see a little bit of the water, but you don't have to see the people at the beach. King suites are not located at or near the pool end of property. Currently there are no 1st level king suites that allow smoking. There is a private bedroom with a king bed and cable TV.
The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, cable TV and equipped kitchen. All units have a DVD player. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pot/pans/dishes/utensils. There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads out onto the patio or private balcony. Chairs are provided for the patio or balcony.
The king suite is the only unit that will allow a 5th person. A rollaway bed can be requested for a daily fee.
