The living room has a wrap around couch and nice chairs to seat your guests comfortably, complete with a TV and stereo system to entertain your closest friends and family. The connected dining area has a long wood table that seats 8 with ease. The large, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful stained wood cabinetry, and all the appliances, utensils, dishes, and silverware you would need to feed an army. 

Located beside the kitchen is the washroom with full size washer and dryers for your convenience. Open the doors of the living room leading outside and you come to the expansive balcony. The balcony has tile flooring, table and chairs for dining and relaxation, and stairs that lead down your very own private fenced in back yard. Back inside and up the stairs to the top floor is where you’ll find the living quarters of the home. 

Straight ahead off the stairs is the master bedroom, where the first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful King size bed with a grand wood frame. The bedroom has carpet floors for your comfort and a huge walk-in closet to store all your clothes, with enough room left over to stow away a few shopping bags. 

The master bathroom is very spacious and comes complete with two separate sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a shower. The master bedroom also has its own Sun Room: a large room with plenty of seating, tile flooring, and wrap around windows that allow for an unobstructed, panoramic view of Destin Pointe. The room even has a push-button fireplace for romantic evenings or cold winter mornings. Down the hall from the master bedroom, you come to the two guest bedrooms and full bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two Twin beds and the second guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, with a door leading to yet another expansive balcony. There is a full bathroom in the hallway next to both bedrooms. Also in the hallway is a open area with extra seating, a TV, and a stereo system.

The house has four balconies in all, TVs in every bedroom, and tile flooring throughout the home except the carpeted bedrooms. You can see partial views of the gulf from the home, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
