Myers , Florida is available for monthly winter rental and select off-season times for shorter rentals. Enjoy the golf, tennis, pools and social amenities of the resort, and the very nearby beaches of Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel. So close to Sanibel Island , this is an excellent alternative to the Island's high prices.

The condo is newly and totally redecorated with hardwood flooring and furnishings in the Plantation style. The sliding doors of the living room open to a furnished, screened lanai, with a fabulous lake and fairway view and access. Its eastern exposure offers wonderful sunrise views over the palm trees. What a wonderful place for enjoying a leisurely breakfast!

The living room and dining area offer comfortable seating for up to 6 and a wet bar in the living room makes entertaining easy. The large, open, and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the lake, and has an eat-in area. Another screened lanai is available from this area through sliding doors for a cool view of the gardens. A cable TV and stereo system is provided here.

The master bedroom has a large window with a panoramic view of the lake and also has a direct, side access through a sliding door to the lanai. Equipped with a king size bed, it also has a private bath with large shower area and walk-in closet and of course cable TV.

The guest bedroom, on the west end of the condo is a private suite area with twin beds a private bath, and cable TV. A full laundry room is near this area as well.

The pool, reserved for residents and guests of this condo grouping is just a short stroll down our tropically landscaped walk. A key gives you private access to the pool and gas grills located there.
