Our cozy cottage with tranquil views of the river in New Port Richey was originally built in the 1920's, during a time where the area was on its way to becoming what later moved to Hollywood. The Cotee River became home to many of the early film stars as well as a gentleman banker named George Sims.

He was the original builder of this cottage and the he took great care in touches such as honey pine wood flooring and a cozy front porch. The entire cottage has been refurbished and now includes cental air and internet accewss while still maintaining its Old Florida style and charm.
