Rising Tide - 3 bedrooms
Rising Tide House is a luxurious oceanfront retreat. You won't believe it's a vacation rental! 
Rates
Special rates may be available for 2 weeks or more in some seasons. 2. Cleaning fee of $125 is added for all rentals. 3. Sales and bed tax, currently 9%, are added to the above rates. 4. Security deposit (refundable) of $500 due on rental. 5. Security deposit and 1/2 amount of rent are due within seven (7) days of booking. 6. Infants up to one (1) year of age do not increase the price per week. 8. Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 11 am, though you may check-out a bit later if no-one follows you that same day. Upon checkout, please leave the keys and garage door opener in the kitchen and lock the house with the lockbox key and replace that key in the lockbox. You may make free local calls to Jacksonville and St. Augustine by simply dialing the phone number. International calls are PROHIBITED. After you leave, the house will be inspected and cleaned. Your security deposit will be promptly refunded after inspection.
