Your first sight at this gulf front house will be the French inspired exterior with stucco, custom constructed shutters and even handmade ceramic house numbers. Everything from the parking lot to the mahogany front door to the front porch facing the gulf is wheelchair accessible and has WiFi. 

As you enter the house you will be impressed with the spaciousness and airiness of the house. The large front porch overlooks the gulf with a swing and a table for al fresco dining seating six people. amp;nbsp;

The lawn beyond lends itself to outdoor games for children. The house is furnished with top of the line brands such as Brown Jordan, Kingsley-Bates, Pottery Barn, Pinecone Hill, and Lexington mixed with a few well chosen antiques. 

The dining table seats eight with a game table and barstools seating an additional eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances and 16 place settings of china, silverware and glassware. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room with full size appliances, and additional laundry appliances are located in the guesthouse. Also downstairs is a media room infused with a nautical theme with French doors leading to the heated pool. This room has a sleeper sofa, and a 42inch TV with DVD. Another game table and four chairs add to the convenience of this room. A half bath adjoins this room and is convenient to the private pool area which has an outdoor shower and colorful lounge chairs. 

The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is handicap accessible with toilet grab bars, a sink equipped for a wheelchair to go under, and a zero entry shower with a seat in the corner. This shower and the master upstairs have rain-heads. You may take the elevator to the second floor which has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed. The bath has twin sinks, and separate toilet area and a walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. You can sleep to the lull of the waves after watching the sunset from the big private porch furnished with rocking chairs.
