Top of the Dunes - Summers Edge
Enjoy all the amenities of beach living. Sleeps 13, 5 bedroom 5.5 baths. 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 double bunk room, 1 bunk bed w/trundle. First floor has two bedrooms (1 Queen 1 bunk bed w/trundle, family room den and full size washer and dryer). The den has a 32 inch flat screen tv with dvd player.
Second floor has 1 bedroom (King), 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining and living room.
Third floor has 1 double bunk bed room and 1 Queen with private deck. All bedrooms have their own private full bath and flat screen TV with DVD player. The main living room features a 47 inch flat screen TV with dvd, open kitchen/dining and living area. The kitchen features a walk-in pantry. Plenty of closet space.
There are decks off every level and in-ceiling speakers are installed throughout most of the house. Broadband internet access available along with cable tv. Hardwood floors throughout the entire home.
House is newly decorated with attention to detail!! Community has two pools within a short walking distance (one pool is only two houses away) and a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. It is the perfect multi-family getaway with plenty of space for everyone.
