There is a comfortable living area, nice kitchenette with a full refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen sink, and a full bathroom with a shower. The first floor sits behind the dune but you have access right to the beach on the house boardwalk. All linens and dishes are included. You can rent this apartment for just $500 per week or $1500 per month. There is also the option of renting third floor guestroom and bath for $65 per night for overnight guests. This studio apartment is perfect for a single person or 2 snowbirds on a budget.
