Villa Nautilos
Villa Nautilos is located in a lovely panoramic position overlooking Agios Ioannis bay, semi-detached to its sister villa Astarte. The two lovely properties, share a separate parking and a garden pathway that leads to each villa private entrance and outdoor areas. The property is surrounded by a colorful cacti garden with sea views in a very sheltered location. The outdoors, which are located right next to the property entrance, are spacious and offer plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the lovely private bean-shaped swimming pool, equipped with two lovely pergolas and a large dining table and wood fire BBQ for by-the-pool lunches and sea breeze evening gatherings. The main entrance opens to a spacious living room and formal dining area with direct access to a separate fully equipped kitchen, a private veranda with beautiful sea views. The interior is elegantly furnished and owes its name to its additional sea and old ship artifacts decor. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with en-suite bathroom and a large veranda overlooking the sea. The two upper floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access two separate sea view roof terraces. A garden bedroom with separate entrance is accessible from the pool terrace, with private balcony with sea views and en-suite bathroom.
The property is ideal for families, especially if rented together with with Astarte, because of the many combined bedrooms and private spacious outdoors areas with two separate and private swimming pools, enjoying gorgeous views and easy access to the sea and lively Agios Ioannis beach tavernas.
In-house chef services, concierge services, and yacht charters are available for an additional fee.
The Airport is 5kms/15 minute drive.
This villa sleeps 8 people. If Villa Nautilos and Villa Astarte are rented together (sleeping a total of 14 people) for the the same dates, a special rate is available, please speak with a reservations specialist.
Rates
Security Deposit 500 euros.
A two week stay is required, anything less than that may incur a 10%- 15% surcharge, depending on the time of year.
