This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has water frontage on Reed's Cove! Sit out on the covered porch and enjoy the boating activity. The Juniper Point Association beach is right outside -great for the kids! Juniper Point Association also has a community center with tennis courts just a short distance from the cottage.
One floor living, with water view dining and seating for up to 6, well-equipped kitchen and a water view living room with cable TV and a fireplace. Just a short way to the Marine Resources Center. Just a short drive to the downtown area.
Sorry, NO pets. You provide the linens.
