This cottage sits right on the water overlooking Townsend Gut. There is a dock and float as well as a mooring available for your use. 
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the boats going by and watch the lobster boats unloading their catch of the day. inside is all one floor living with a water view bedroom, one bath, water view living area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. The cottage also has cable TV, DVD, VCR, washer and dryer.
