Featuring private Youghiogheny River frontage in the protected Wild and Scenic Corridor, this home is completely unique in Deep Creek. Private yet within a five minute drive to Wisp skiing, lake activities and Fork Run's hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Want to stay at home? Just bring your fly rod, walk down your private access and in seconds you are knee deep in one of the best fishing spots in Maryland. Walk the rivers hiking paths and observe Osprey, Bald Eagles, Herring and more. Infamous "Slide Rock" is on this property, which is the take out for the class III and IV kayak run from Swallow Falls. You can also launch your flat water boats from "Slide Rock" and enjoy a relaxing 2.5 mile float to the Sang Run take out.
