Clara Vista
Villa Clara Vista sits magnificently atop a cliff overlooking the exclusive community of Pedregal. Its vista extends to the deep blue waters of the Pacific or to Lands End where these waters converge with the warm tides from the Sea of Cortes. The eye is tantalized by the contrasts of rich blues, arid browns and lush greens, by the stark landscape against the fullness of color and life.
Villa Clara Vista is a beautiful home with a unique design.
Positioned directly towards the ocean, it dissolves the separation between indoors and out, as exemplified by a swimming pool bridging the living room to the vista beyond. At the living room doorstep, one can traverse across the water via large stepping stones to a grand terrace perched high over the vista below. Extending out from this is another terrace, with a domed ceiling, dining suite and spectacular view.
The house is full of light with its many windows. It is bright as the walls are finished in a classical white and floors are in light hues. Furnishings are in neutral browns and add a feeling of warmth. Dcor elements are minimal so as not to distract the eye from the surrounding natural beauty.
