Luxurious Beachfront Condominium

Our unit, number 7208, is one of the most luxurious beach-front condominiums at Xaman-Ha and is our personal home when we are in Playa del Carmen. We have it furnished in an elegant Mexican style, but it has required necessities like TVs, telephone, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet service, and has just had a major renovation with a new kitchen, central air conditioning and a new satellite cable system.

We have central air conditioning (almost all other units in Xaman-Ha have wall units, they are very noisy) and an ultra modern kitchen. Even though a couple of other units have new kitchens, none have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, stove top burners, and a regular built in oven, In addition, the kitchen has granite counter tops and tile back splashes. Our unit is non-smoking, most units in Playa del Carmen are not. The condominium is accented with crafts from local artists that provide the perfect backdrop to beautiful ocean views and the lights of Cozumel that can be seen from the furnished deck.

The condominium is located in the Xaman-Ha complex, within the quiet, sophisticated gated Playacar Development (35 miles south of Cancun) in Playa del Carmen and is within 200 yards of the town border of Playa del Carmen and the ferry pier to Cozumel . The beautiful white beaches of Playa del Carmen ( which they have finally rebuilt) stretch for miles and are perfect for private picnics, morning jogs, or just a slow evening stroll. When taking a break from all the available water sports - snorkeling, scuba, sailing etc., condominium residents can play a round of golf at the world class Robert Von Hagge designed golf course, enjoy a game of tennis, relax at this Playa del Carmen country club or enjoy a massage at the Xaman-Ha Spa.
