***All oceanfront tenants please note that due to storms that occur on the Outer Banks, We cannot guarantee the environment, size or condition of the beach, or the parking area. Many of our oceanfront homes have sand bags to protect them; these sandbags are not to be tampered with in any way***

**Check in time is at 3:30p.m. Please note that we cannot give keys out until the cottage has been cleaned. If cars are parked in the driveway of the cottage, the cleaners will not go in to clean. Check out time is at 10a.m.
