This home was built in the early 1940s but has remained one of Gearharts finest. The home is centrally located on the corner of Cottage and F street, and just moments from Little Beach. Families have enjoyed this charming beach home for many years coming back for long weekends and extended vacations. What fun you will have with family and friends as you relax in front of a cozy fire, play pool in the game room or BBQ on the private fenced deck.
