Relax in this brand new Cape Cod style home. Tastefully decorated in beach house style, you know you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. Perfect for two families, Landlubber's Lair has four bedrooms (king, queen, queen, two bunk beds), two full bathrooms, and a powder room downstairs. Two aerobeds are also available.

The family room has a 42' Plasma HDTV, DVD/VCR, Wii game system, and a CD player with iPod dock. The fun continues in the garage, which has a pool table and pub style dart machine. Books, movies, puzzles and board games are in the den. Wireless internet is also provided.

This home is great for pets with extra dog towels, and water/food bowls for your four-legged friends. For the kids: plastic dishware and cups, step stools, outlet covers, high chair, booster seat, crib, beach towels, beach toys, kites, Disney movies, and games. The level, fenced grassy backyard is great for running around or playing croquet (stored in garage.)
