The kitchen is a chefs delight! It has seen the most change during the remodel - the finished space is breathtaking - especially the ocean view from the kitchen for the Chef!

For all those past guests who escaped the heat of California and Arizona to enjoy the comforts of Pacific Terrace Condo #414 - you're going to absolutely love all the upgrades and changes!

The open floor plan puts the kitchen, dining & living room all overlooking a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Step out onto the large deck area for a blast of the ocean air and watch the beautiful sunset. Then relax in the living room with a brand new 42" flat panel TV!

Our guests are welcome to take a dip in the swimming pool at the complex - located indoors for year round enjoyment. If golf is your game, pack your clubs and bring them along as you're less than a Par 1 from the club house at Gearhart Golf Links!

Then there's downtown Gearhart - a quaint area filled with unique shops, tennis courts, Pacific Way Cafe - a fantastic restaurant and bakery. Once you've stayed at this condo - we know you will be back year after year!
