The West Deck has a Hot Tub, Gas BBQ, Firepit, Deck Furniture, and a Panoramic View. The LIVING ROOM has an ocean view, wood fireplace, comfy reading chair, TV/VCR/DVD. LOWER LEVEL: The FIRST BEDROOM has a queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed, TV (DVD only no cable), and an adjacent full bath. Laundry Area. The THEATER ROOM has a TV/VCR/DVD with surround sound, a bar with three bar chairs, game table with two chairs, and opens out to the west patio with patio furniture. Park 3 cars.
The Hot Tub is available with a one time $60.00 maintenance fee. Spring Rates are valid March 16 to June 1, 2011 and excludes holidays.
