There is a full bath across the hall from these bedrooms and a laundry area. The LOWER LEVEL has the LIVING ROOM with a private wooded view, TV/VCR/DVD, gas fireplace, and opens out to the garage. The GARAGE has a pool table, foos ball table, books, and a double futon. The KITCHEN/DINING ROOM is fully equipped, has a table with two benches, two chairs, a breakfast bar with four stools, and opens out to the patio/deck area. The PATIO/DECK has a large Hot Tub, Gas BBQ, and yard chairs. The yard is fenced. The 7 person Hot Tub is available with a one time $60.00 maintence fee. Park 3 cars.
