The Yellow House
The Yellow House is one of our most popular homes in Seaside! It's a 4 bedroom home with an exceptionally large back yard and IT'S BEACH FRONT! This home historically is rented with back to back reservations during the high season, so don't wait too long to make a reservation. It's also a great home for family gatherings on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
If you have a larger group - let us know as we have other vacation rental homes nearby that can handle the overflow. This works out great since you have the Yellow House as your "home base" for all group gatherings whether inside or outdoors - since it has the space to accommodate large numbers. Then at the end of the day, those guests staying nearby are within walking distance to their vacation rental.
The maximum number of standard size vehicles allowed by the City at this home is 4. This applies to guests "staying" at the home. Obviously if you have guests visiting you that are not staying at the home, they are welcome to park there while visiting.
