Beautiful views from this is the top floor apartment! It will sleep 6 guests maximum. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a small livingroom, an ocean view wrap around terrace. There is AC in the bedrooms only and ceiling fans only in the kitchen and living room. ÂÂÂ
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have an air-conditioner. There is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway. Nice kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. ƒÂ‚ÂÂ
There is a free common laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. This home is a 5 minute walk (1/4 mile) to Sandy Beach. Just minutes away from restaurants and bars, but tucked away enough to be peaceful! This home is in a residential neighborhood and is not suitable for unaccompanied students or loud party groups. The neighbors will complain if there is too much noise. Minimum age to reserve, 25 years old and must be present during stay. Please enjoy any smoking outside on the covered terrace. Currently only $200/nt or $1400/wk plus 7% PR room tax. Stays less than 7 nights will have a post-stay cleaning fee of $80.
