Rincon Vacation Rentals

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have an air-conditioner. There is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway. Nice kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. 

There is a free common laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. This home is a 5 minute walk to Sandy Beach. Just minutes away from restaurants and bars, but tucked away enough to be peaceful! This home is in a residential neighborhood and is not suitable for unaccompanied students or loud party groups. The neighbors will complain if there is too much noise. Minimum age to reserve, 25 years. Please enjoy any smoking outside on the covered terrace. Stays less than 7 nights will have a post-stay cleaning fee of $80. 

Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty when the crowds leave. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone.
