This fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family.  AC in the bedroom only- 2 full size beds, private bathroom with a shower. Shared pool with a waterfall, shared gas BBQ, cable TV/DVD in the living room, free common laundry room! Separate apartment rentals are not available until 2 months or less before arrival date. See availability of other apartments for a larger group, or rent the entire home (entire home sleeps 20 maximum)!

This is a third floor (from the top), one-bedroom apartment and it will sleep 4 guests maximum. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, a small living room, a shared small ocean view wrap around terrace. There is AC in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchenette area.  

There are 2 full size beds in the bedroom. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom only.  There is a bathroom with a shower.  Nice kitchenette with a small size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There are 2 of these one- bedroom apartments on this floor, side by side.

There is a free common laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. This home is a 5 minute walk (1/4 mile) to Sandy Beach.  Just minutes away from restaurants and bars, but tucked away enough to be peaceful! This home is in a residential neighborhood and is not suitable for unaccompanied students or loud party groups. The neighbors will complain if there is too much noise. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Minimum age to reserve, 25 years and must be present. Please enjoy any smoking outside on the covered terrace. Great rate of only $130/nt + 7% PR room tax. Stays less than 7 nights will have a post-stay cleaning fee of $45.  Rent the entire home (4 apts, 8BR/6BA sleeps 20 max- only $600/nt+ tax). Home has 1000 gallon back up water tank. No generator.

 

Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet.  When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world.  Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!).  Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time.  Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone.
