Beach front, private home. This home offers AC in all the bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 twins). Two air-conditioned bedrooms, one bath, and an air-conditioned kitchen/dining area are downstairs. Upstairs, separate entrance, there are two more air-conditioned bedroomseach with a private bathroom, a living room with ceiling fan only, and a spacious veranda overlooking a large landscaped, fenced yard and the Caribbean right out your gate!
The home is completely furnished including satellite TV/DVD, air-conditioners in the bedrooms, a nice kitchen with AC also. There is a gas BBQ and a washer/dryer. There is off street parking and a fenced yard, great for familys with small children. Not suitable for unaccompanied students. Minimum age to rent, 25 years and must be present.
