This is the top floor of this home. There is no one downstairs. You have all you need for a great vacation including a kitchen, full AC, internet access, fenced yard, private pool with a gazebo and a charcoal BBQ. A dog is negotiable for an additional fee. Great location in a quiet residential neighborhood (loud groups or parties will not be tolerated), 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice playground, baseball field, picnic tables, showers & bathrooms at the beach.

Walk down the beach to Villa Cofresi and rent kayaks, have banana boat rides, or enjoy your favorite tropical refreshments, snack bar, etc. Please enjoy any smoking outside the unit. Book early! This new Rincon vacation property will go quickly!
