The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, & coffee maker (no dishwasher). Swim at the beach or in the great pool. Gated parking for 1 car. There is a coin laundry room in the building with 2 full size washers and dryers.
