Rincon Vacation Rentals

This adorable, affordable little house sits behind Villa Tres Palmas and to the front & right side of Hacienda Ensenda just off of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve in Rincon, less than 100 yards. ?It will sleep 4 people maximum perfect for two couples. Great deal at $150/nt + tax!

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, AC and a private ?bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One is ground floor- great for someone with limited mobility. The second one is upstairs with a small terrace with an ocean view to Steps Beach on the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. The kitchen with ceiling fan only has a powder room off of it.

The home picks up the Wi-Fi signal from the other homes- this is not guaranteed. There is a TV with satellite channels in the living room. AC in bedrooms only. No unaccompanied children or students are not permitted. Enjoy any smoking outside. No pets permitted.

There is no pool access unless the home is rented with Villa Tres Palmas or

Hacienda Ensenada. Less than 100 yards to the beach via a path off the back porch of the cottage. 

This is where you want to be! Less than 100 yards to the beach. This home is just off of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Turn to the right and you are at Steps Beach in less than 5 minutes. Summer and fall snorkeling is awesome here with some of the best Elk Horn coral close in to an island in the world. The sea life is amazing. The winter brings great waves and late December through mid-March you might have the Humpback Whales right out in front of the home!

If you turn and walk to the left, you'll be down to the marina area- several restaurants- The Black Eagle, Ship Wreck next to Taino Divers, and Club Nautico. Sign up for snorkeling, diving, sunset and sailboat charters with Taino Divers, Katarina Sailboat Charters or in the winter, take a para-sail ride with Flying Fish Parasail!

You can be in the heart of Puntas- the party area of Rincon, in less than a 5 minute drive. Or go south to Corcega Beach for the calmest beaches in about 8 minutes. Or just stay home & relax in your own perfect corner of Paradise.
