There are 2 bedrooms, one king & one with 2 queens, both with AC (everything with AC!!) There is one bathroom on this floor with a shower. This ground floor will work wonderfully for someone with limited mobility. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, again one with a king, the other with 2 queens, and another bathroom with shower. A second living room (now with AC, too) with a TV with cable, plus the laundry room with washer and dryer. This home is less than a mile from the Rincon plaza, grocery stores, 24 hour emergency room and more! There is gated-offstreet parking for two cars, tandem.
