There is a dining area & a large, open kitchen, the living room, and 2 secondary bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a powder room on the main floor. The upstairs has the master bedroom with king bed and the bonus room with a queen. There is a full bathroom, there are two terraces up there.  The villa is completely furnished. Amenities include a separate laundry room (washer and dryer), air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a gas BBQ grill, cable TV in the living room and one that may be put out on the roof top terrace, and a DVD player.

This condo is located on one of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Rincon, Puerto Rico- the Corcega area! Two swimming pools are provided for your enjoyment. This is a third floor walk-up villa with a side facing ocean view. This home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
