Where do you want to be this winter? Why stay in a cold, hotel room? Villa Lorell has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This home is an ocean front, 2nd floor walk up condomium at the lovely ocean front complex of Sol y Playa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, and a private full bath with tub/shower combo. The 2nd bdrm has a queen bed. Both bedrooms are AC'd. There is a queen size sleeper couch in the living room with fans only. 5 guests maximum in the home by condominium association rules. Please note the 7-30 nt minimum stay requirements by condominium association rules. Nov. 15th- March 15th, 7 night minimum required. March 16th-Nov. 14th, 30 nt minimum stay. 5 Guests maximum. Not suitable for unaccompanied students. Must be at least 25 and present during stay to reserve.
Both bedrooms have AC. and there are ceiling fans throughout the rest of the apartment. Eat on your ocean view terrace and enjoy the fresh, Caribbean air! This home has an electric grill since the fire safety regulations will not permit a charcoal or gas BBQ on the 2nd floor units. If you should get too much sun, come inside and enjoy your home entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player! The master bedroom has it's own cable TV, too.
The apartment has a nice kitchen (new oven Jan 2010), should you decide to cook your own favorite recipes. There is a washer and dryer. Gated parking for 1 car. The grounds have an adult pool, kiddy pool, playground, and picnic tables! There is a dominoes table in the apartment so you can try your hand at a favorite Puerto Rico past time! We ask that you enjoy any smoking on the terrace outside. Minimum age to rent, 25 and must be present. Not suitable for unaccompanied students.
