This is a fantastic ocean front private home for several couples or a family (4 BR/4 BA with 1 king, 2 queens,and 2 twins). With over 1 acre of land and beach front on the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve here it Rincon, Hacienda Ensenada consists of three buildings joined by a 20 x 40-foot covered terrace. On either side of the terrace is a casita with a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed & its own private bath. The main house consists of two bedrooms & two baths (one king-size bed & two twin beds), a living room, dining room, a kitchen & 2 full baths. It opens out onto this same terrace looking toward the ocean, & over the swimming pool. The house is completely furnished with everything you'll need including air-conditioning in the bedrooms only, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a reverse osmosis water filter, a high-speed Internet connection & plenty of off-street parking. A nice choice for anyone with limited mobility as there are no stairs. Also nice for multiple couples with the separate casitas- everyone together, but with a little privacy and space!
