This beautiful, private custom home offers everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation. Some of the special features include private pool, stunning views of Desecheo Island (famous for great diving & snorkeling- visibility 100 feet plus!) from the decks off the living room & master bedroom, beach front access to the wonderful Tres Palmas Marine Reserve with great sea life. A beautiful custom decorated interior enhanced by original artwork of Rincon's renowned artist Richard Fitzgerald. The home has one TV with great satellite TV/DVD system in the livingroom,  telephone, plug-in and Wi-Fi internet access! Kitchen with dishwasher.

   This spacious home with 6 bedrooms & 5 baths will sleep 12 comfortably and in style (approximately 2688 sq.ft ) with 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 fulls.  The master bedroom is located on the very top floor with a custom king size bed, AC, private ocean front terrace, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub!  One of the bedrooms is located ground floor, in front of the pool, with a king size bed, AC, and it's own bathroom, perfect for someone with limited mobility.  The 6th bedroom is located right next to the home in a little "casita." It has a king size bed, a sitting area, AC, private full bath, and a little dorm size fridge! Home has backup water system but not backup power- rarely happens and not for long when it does.

  Need more space? Hacienda Ensenada (4 bdrm/4 ba, sleeps 8) next door may be rented along with Tres Palmas for larger groups. We also have The Cottage at Tres Palmas (2BR/2.5 BA, sleeps 4) available for rent with either Tres Palmas or Hacienda Ensenada. Please ask for details!!!

This is where you want to be! Tres Palmas is located in the Ensenada area of Rincon, right in front of the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve and surf breaks. Walk out onto a spectacular beach and enjoy! Turn to the right and you are at Steps Beach in less than 5 minutes. Summer and fall snorkeling is awesome here with some of the best Elk Horn coral close in to an island in the world. The sea life is amazing. The winter brings great waves and late December through mid-March you might have the Humpback Whales right out in front of the home!

If you turn and walk to the left, you'll be down to the marina area- several restaurants- The Spot at the Black Eagle, Ship Wreck next to Taino Divers, and Club Nautico. Sign up for snorkeling, diving, sunset and sailboat charters with Taino Divers, Katarina Sailboat Charters or in the winter, take a para-sail ride with Flying Fish Parasail!

You can be in the heart of Puntas- the party area of Rincon, in less than a 5 minute drive. Or go south to Corcega Beach for the calmest beaches in about 8 minutes. Or just stay home & relax in your own perfect corner of Paradise.
