Aqua Paradise
is a luxury rental that features a handicap suite complete with handicap bathroom, ceiling fans, garden tub, two sundecks and two 40' porches. This large beach house features parking for more than 8 vehicles (3 in garage, 5 in driveway.
Additional parking is available across the street on the owner's private lot.)
This luxurious rental boasts an elevator so you can easily get from floor to floor. The game room has a pool table, Mega Touch video game and Multicade machine. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and a 6 burner range. There are numerous DVD players provided as well as a washer and dryer. The wet bar invites you to enjoy a cocktail while the sun sets and the marsh views elicit peace and tranquility.

Rates
Policies & Rates
Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks.Â
13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)
One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.
A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.
Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount.
Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.
