37 St. George is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath designer-decorated home located in Palmetto Dunes, with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The 4,000 square feet of living space is perfect for any family vacation. From the moment the guest walks in the front door of this well-appointed home a feeling of elegance is felt throughout.

Brand new 16 inch ceramic tile lines the foyer, living room and kitchen. The living room offers cathedral ceilings and a 37 inch flat panel TV. There is a formal dining room that seats 10, as well as an eat-in kitchen table for 6. The entire first level along with the upstairs master bedroom looks out to a pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, tall trees and a lagoon.
